Google Expeditions!

Today, the Meerkats went to Africa, India, Cambodia, Canada, Mars, under the ocean, and a television studio. All in one day! Can you guess how we did all of that?

No, we didn't have a super fast jet airplane. We used Google Cardboard and went on a Google Expedition.


Google Cardboard is like a set of special goggles that you put a phone in. It makes everything look real, or 3D. You can turn your head and see up and down and all around. You can even zoom in to have a closer look.

Google Expeditions are pictures that people (or robots) have taken in all sorts of cool places, like Australia, the Moon, Mars and lots of other places.

We had so much fun we didn't want to stop. Even after we got dizzy from looking too much.

    I like the google caredboard because it had a phon in it and when you see a arow and is poining some were you hve to folow it and mabey you will see some think cool.

    I liked the bit that we were on the ship and thier was a restrant for us to eat nice food there.
    It was qiet when we looked at the google cardbord there was no one there because it dosen't take you there for real.

    it was fun when Room 8 went to the office and we went to the staffroom and.
    it was very fun and. all of us was haveing a google Cardboard it was fun.

    Before we went to the staff first we had to line up and then we had to line up in to neet lines and we quitley walk in to the staff room and when we went tin the staff room we saw a man and his name was Maru we had to sit on the mat in the staff room so Maru coud tell us whtat to do so he told Mr Davidson to call out peoples names and who evers name got call they get to grave a Google cared board.

    I hope you enjoyed it! I got to do it with my class at my school, they LOVED it! My favourite one was the mountain climbing one! It was scary to look down. Hope you are all being good for Mr Davidson.

    4 days ego we went to go to the staff room.We went to see a man that was talking to us about a phone in side a google.We went to have fun and the boy said we could go any where but if we shout he haves to pause the phones.

    I like the part when we were in the sea becaus when we see a arow you might see some think cool like a shark when i look to the right i saw a fat sting-ray and in the sea it was attack by another sting-ray and i died.
